Don't Take the Bait - Offense Taken (Pt 1)

Have you ever thought that your pastor didn't say what you wanted to hear? Maybe the pastor's wife didn't acknowledge your new shoes? Perhaps you heard about someone's problem and decided to become vocal about it. Maybe you got offended about what God asked you to do, or even that the area of service you are in is not what it used to be?

After hearing all of this can you think of that time where you got offended. Then you took the bait. This Sunday we hear about how you cannot go any further with the kingdom work of God until you set aside all offenses. You may do good things but your cup is rotting from the inside out. Allow God to do the work He does best. Wash the inside and out. But then don't just live white-washed. Go and deal with the offense that you are apart of. Confront the offense.
